During his career, the principal of our firm, Dustin Lance, has personally handled thousands of injury cases. Instead, our practice is limited exclusively to victims and we fight everyday to help them recover damages for all of their losses including past, ongoing, and future difficulties.

Dustin has handled most every kind of injury claim imaginable, including, automobile accidents, motorcycle crashes, bicycle accidents, medical malpractice cases, dog attacks and bites, defective product cases, DUI / DWI injury accidents, pedestrian accidents, workers compensation claims, insurance bad faith, food poisoning and more. Injuries in these cases have ranged from the mundane whiplash to wrongful death.  Dustin has consistently been voted among "Utah's Legal Elite" by his colleagues in Utah Business Magazine's yearly survey.¹  Dustin is actively involved in the Utah Association for Justice "UAJ" (formerly known as the Utah Trial Lawyers Association) and the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the American Trial Lawyers Association).

Dustin is currently licensed in Utah and he has applications pending with the Idaho, Wyoming and Colorado State Bars.  He is admitted and has practiced in the State and Federal Courts.

Dustin Lance is a Utah native and he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and his law degree from the Univeristy's SJ Quinney College of Law. He is married to Becki (Bitters) Lance and they have three children, Amber (13), Chayce (10) and Ethan (4). When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, driving cars, riding motorcycles and target shooting.
